Counter reveals firm rebrand, new vision

Tax litigation firm becomes Counter Tax Lawyers

TORONTO, June 3, 2015 – ATX Law, a Toronto-based tax controversy and litigation firm, is rebranding as Counter Tax Lawyers. The new name better reflects the firm’s niche expertise while showcasing the evolution that ATX has undergone since opening its doors in 2009. Counter is a different kind of firm: a team of innovative tax technicians who fight on behalf of clients with smart, adaptive strategies.

Focusing on small- and medium-sized enterprises, as well as accountants, Counter Tax Lawyers helps clients across Canada favourably resolve Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) disputes, safely disclose tax non-compliance under the Voluntary Disclosures Program, and reduce penalties and interest under the Taxpayer Relief Provisions.
