We're interested in adding tax litigation and tax planning lawyers with 3 to 6 years’ experience to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will have tax litigation or tax planning experience. We will also consider candidates with experience in other areas, but you're going to have an uphill battle.
When we picture you, we think of someone who is an independent thinker. You are analytical and witty. You are self-confident and humble. You do the right thing, always. You take pride in the effort and quality you bring to the things that you do.
It’s easy for you to understand how introducing new ideas and technology will help you work better and smarter. It concerns you that most law firms operate like it’s the 20th (or 18th) century and actively resist the change that will improve our work and lives.
We’ve built a team dedicated to setting the new law firm standard. We’ve built a culture and environment that will help all of us grow – every day – into better people and professionals. We’re pretty sure – in fact, totally certain – that there’s no other law firm built like ours.
And we’re not done.
If you want to join a team that is leading, creating, and doing great work, get in touch.
We believe we’ve created the best environment to help you chase your potential, and change the traditional law firm model.
To get to know us, we suggest that you read career pages and promotional materials critically so that you can decide whether we’re walking the talk. To learn more about Counter and its people, visit our blog, listen to the Building NewLaw podcast, and read our candidate questions page.
Please note that we’ve designed a hiring process to reduce bias. The process starts with a personality test, and we name-blind all resumes before we invite anyone to interview. So, if you think our law firm is the right fit, fill out the form below to start the process.
Or, if you prefer to speak to a real person before jumping into the process, send an email to Anda at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We’ve created a comprehensive Q&A section with answers to student and applicant submitted questions. If you can’t find an answer, send us your question. We might add it to the page.
It's your turn.
