You give our clients more confidence by expertly handling your projects and giving them more peace by updating them in the right way too.

You have litigation knowledge and experience. You have a good handle on the Tax Court Rules. You have experience scheduling examinations for discovery, helping to gather evidence and disclosure, and wrangling witnesses. You see how your work – even the little things – impact the litigation schedule and result.

You are a good communicator. You make clear and direct requests and regularly re-state what the other person has said so that you both have clarity.

You keep your personal and professional life organized. You have no issue tracking your projects and commitments. And, when things are off-track, you let the right people know and adjust.

You have high standards for yourself. You take personal responsibility and adjust when your hopes don’t meet your expectations.

Your work is meaningful to you. You’re constantly gathering knowledge and applying what you learn to improve your work. Your work is important and fun for you.


We will consider candidates who:

  • have two years’ experience working in tax controversy and litigation;

  • are technologically confident and have a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification or equivalent experience using Office; and

  • live in Ontario and are eligible to work in Canada.
