Our Promises & Intended Results

Our explicit promises will increase the odds of getting the best possible tax dispute experience and result.
Our Promises & Intended Results

We intend to deliver the best possible tax dispute experience and result. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a guarantee. But we can make specific promises and increase the odds of achieving our goal.

We want you to understand the promises that we are willing to make. And we invite you to hold us accountable to uphold these promises. So, we decided to publish this list. Also, we added some “observable actions and examples” so that you can see some of the ways that we will deliver on these promises.

If you see that we are not upholding one of these commitments, please talk to us so that we get back on track.
