We intend to deliver the best possible tax dispute experience and result. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a guarantee. But we can make specific promises and increase the odds of achieving our goal.

Also, we added some “observable actions and examples” so that you can see some of the ways that we will deliver on these promises.
