Required Experience & Education
  • a university degree;
  • a legal clerk or paralegal diploma; and
  • a minimum of two years’ experience working in a professional service firm.
Valued Education & Skills
  • The role requires a person who is a strong writer, a legal professional with the capacity to understand dispute and litigation stages (i.e., court procedure and process), and a person who has high social intelligence.
  • Candidates who have completed university degrees that focus on writing (e.g., BA Communication Studies, BA Journalism, BA English, etc.) or candidates with other professional writing qualifications will have an advantage. Also, candidates who have completed university degrees in psychology or social work will have an advantage too.
