Required Experience & Education
  • A minimum of at least one year of experience working with Office 365, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Also, potential candidates must have at least one year of work experience in an Internal IT Service Desk role at a company with more than 20 employees.
