You will generate big-picture ideas and execute the day-to-day to give our clients an experience that is unprecedented in the legal industry. Your work is going to set the new client experience standard and drive a client-centric culture through our organization.

You are passionate about client experience and have a deep understanding of what it takes to provide clients with the best experience possible. You understand the importance of creating a genuine moment of connection with a client - making a difference in their day by discovering and responding to client needs through clear and pleasant communication. You exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through client issues.

Family and friends would describe you as positive, proactive, energetic, with a go-getter mentality. You understand the importance of a deadline. You set clear goals and objectives, and you deliver great results.

  • You’ve completed a university degree or college diploma,
  • You have one year of full-time experience working in a client experience position in a professional, banking, sales, high-end hospitality, or high-end retail environment,
  • You can demonstrate that you have a deep interest in client experience and culture,
  • You’re a strong, and clear, communicator,
  • You can demonstrate that you are reasonably proficient in using modern technology, and applications and that you can quickly learn about new tools and programs.
