We are going to hire a client experience and administrative coordinator and give you the opportunity to transform our clients' experience (and watch while other law firms try to catch up). Ready?
You will generate big-picture ideas and execute the day-to-day to give our clients an experience that is unprecedented in the legal industry. Your work is going to set the new client experience standard and drive a client-centric culture through our organization.
You are passionate about client experience and have a deep understanding of what it takes to provide clients with the best experience possible. You understand the importance of creating a genuine moment of connection with a client - making a difference in their day by discovering and responding to client needs through clear and pleasant communication. You exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through client issues.
Family and friends would describe you as positive, proactive, energetic, with a go-getter mentality. You understand the importance of a deadline. You set clear goals and objectives, and you deliver great results.
At Counter, we’re creating a new kind of tax dispute and litigation law firm. We joke that Counter is in perpetual beta. We know that we will never stop figuring out better ways to serve our clients, work smarter, and build stronger tax litigation cases. And the key to doing that is having a team of smart, dedicated people who always want to be better. You can read about some of our people here.
If you think Counter might be an interesting place to work, we can confirm it's definitely that. We're pretty sure - in fact, totally certain - there's no other tax law firm built like ours. And we're not done.
